“रोज़गार आपका अधिकार, सुविधा हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी” यह पोर्टल Shri Narayani Sena Charitable Trust द्वारा संचालित एक रोज़गार सुविधा प्रणाली (NRSP) है। इसका उद्देश्य पात्र उम्मीदवारों को उनकी योग्यता, अनुभव एवं कौशल के अनुसार Private Sector में उपलब्ध उपयुक्त रोजगार अवसरों से जोड़ना है। NRSP के माध्यम से उम्मीदवारों को 700 से अधिक विभिन्न नौकरी श्रेणियों (Job Categories & Roles) में रोजगार अवसरों तक पहुँचने में सहयोग किया जाता है, ताकि हर वर्ग—कुशल, अर्ध-कुशल एवं अकुशल—को उसकी क्षमता के अनुसार अवसर मिल सके। इस पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण पूर्णतः निःशुल्क है एवं पूरी प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष और जनहित आधारित है।
Narayani Rojgar Setu Pariyojna (NRSP) is a public service–oriented national employment initiative designed for unemployed youth, women, and individuals living in rural areas who often struggle to find job opportunities matching their skills and qualifications. This project brings together private-sector job openings from across the country onto a single platform, connecting candidates with the most suitable opportunities. Through NRSP, applicants gain access to thousands of job roles across various industries such as administration, healthcare, construction, security, IT, hospitality, retail, driving, finance, and many more. Registration for this program is completely free, and candidates are not required to pay any fee at any stage. After registration, each applicant’s profile is verified, their qualifications and experience are assessed, and appropriate job opportunities are matched to them, followed by guidance for interviews and selection procedures. The aim of NRSP is not only to provide employment but also to build confidence among youth, enhance skill-based development, and strengthen the nation’s economic framework. The project prioritizes data security, transparency, and service-oriented functioning to ensure that every candidate receives equal opportunities without any middlemen, commissions, or corruption. NRSP serves as a vital bridge between job seekers and industries, contributing significantly to the vision of a self-reliant India.
In the NRSP project, the age criteria are defined according to the type of job role and the nature of work. For most general positions that require field activity, regular duty, or active physical movement, the eligible age range is 18 to 55 years. However, certain specialized roles—such as Supervisors, Counselors, Documentation Staff, Call Center/Tele-Counseling Executives, Trainers, Skill Guidance Staff, Social Coordinators, and Light Field Monitoring Positions—focus more on experience rather than physical effort, allowing candidates aged 60 years or above to apply. The project aims to help young candidates secure employment strictly on the basis of their qualifications and skills, while those who are currently unskilled—especially youth and women—will be supported through dedicated skill-training programs to make them job-ready. In this way, NRSP seeks to prepare and empower as many individuals as possible, ensuring they receive proper guidance and assistance to achieve suitable employment opportunities.
1. General Conditions
Narayani Rojgar Setu Pariyojna (NRSP) is a job facilitation initiative operated under Shri Narayani Sena Charitable Trust.
The purpose of this program is to connect eligible candidates with verified private-sector employment opportunities.
Registration under NRSP is voluntary, and by registering, the candidate agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
2. Eligibility & Verification
Only individuals aged 18 to 55 years are eligible to apply (unless specified otherwise for a particular role).
All information submitted by the candidate must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
NRSP reserves the right to verify any document, certificate, or claim submitted by the candidate at any stage.
3. Document Submission
Candidates may be required to upload supporting documents such as identity proof, address proof, education certificates, experience letters, and photographs.
Submitting forged, fake, or manipulated documents will result in immediate rejection.
4. Registration & Shortlisting
Registration does not guarantee shortlisting, employment, or interview selection.
Shortlisting will be done based on the eligibility criteria, job requirements, and merit.
Candidates agree that the decision of NRSP regarding shortlisting and selection will be final and binding.
5. Interview & Selection Process
Candidates may be required to attend interviews online or offline, depending on the job role and company requirements.
Final selection is the sole responsibility of the hiring company/organization.
NRSP acts only as a facilitation and support body and is not an employer.
6. Employment Terms
Final terms of employment, including salary, working hours, duties, and conditions, will be as per the hiring company’s official offer.
NRSP shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between the candidate and the employer after joining.
7. Application Fee / Processing Fee
Registration under NRSP is free of cost.
In certain cases, a document verification, training, or processing fee may be applicable, which will be clearly communicated to the candidates.
Any such fee, if applicable, will be non-refundable.
8. Data Privacy
All candidate information will be kept confidential and used only for employment facilitation purposes.
NRSP will not share any personal data with unauthorized third parties.
By registering, the candidate consents to the processing and verification of their data.
9. Duties & Conduct
Candidates must maintain professional conduct during interviews, training, and job activities.
Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or misuse of the NRSP platform will lead to removal from the program.
10. NRSP Rights & Limitations
NRSP reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate any part of the program without prior notice.
NRSP is not liable for any loss, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused during the hiring process or employment.
NRSP provides support and facilitation only and does not guarantee employment.
11. Additional Clause (Live Vacancy Updates)
“All job openings, vacancy details, and recruitment notifications received from partnering companies will be displayed on the NRSP website as live updates for informational purposes. NRSP will publish these details exactly as provided by the respective companies, and candidates are advised to regularly check the website for the latest and accurate information.”
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and submitting the form, the candidate confirms that:

This policy outlines the rules and standards companies must follow while submitting vacancies to NRSP.
2. Vacancy Submission
Companies must submit job openings exclusively through the official NRSP Vacancy Submission Form.
All information provided — including job role, qualification, experience, salary, and benefits — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Any incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information may result in rejection of the vacancy.
3. Verification & Approval
NRSP reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the company and the submitted job details.
Based on verification, a vacancy may be approved, modified, or rejected.
NRSP may request additional documents or clarification from the company’s authorized representative.
4. Publication of Vacancies
After verification, the vacancy will be published on the NRSP website as a Live Job Update.
The vacancy will be displayed exactly as provided by the company.
Any corrections or changes after publication will be the responsibility of the company.
Applicant response and reach may vary depending on demand and availability.
5. Candidate Information
NRSP will share applicant details with the company through the official process.
Companies must maintain confidentiality of all candidate data received.
NRSP does not guarantee any minimum number of applications or interviews.
6. Selection & Hiring Responsibility
The final selection, interview process, and hiring decision solely belong to the company.
NRSP acts only as a facilitator and is not the employer of any candidate.
NRSP is not responsible for salary issues, joining delays, performance concerns, workplace disputes, or employment-related legal matters.
7. Fair Hiring Standards
Companies agree to follow ethical and lawful hiring practices, including:
No discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, disability, etc.
Providing safe and lawful working conditions
Complying with applicable labour laws, PF/ESI norms, and government guidelines
Not charging any fee from candidates for job placement
Violation of these standards may lead to removal from the NRSP platform.
8. Data Privacy
Company details and submitted vacancies will be stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes.
NRSP will not share company information with unauthorized parties.
By submitting a vacancy, the company gives NRSP permission to publicly display the job details.
9. Modification or Removal
Companies may request modification or removal of a published vacancy through official email/contact channels.
NRSP also reserves the right to remove outdated, invalid, or misleading vacancies without prior notice.
10. NRSP Rights & Limitations
NRSP may modify or update this policy at any time.
NRSP is not liable for any operational, legal, or financial disputes between the company and hired candidates.
Publishing a vacancy on the NRSP website does not imply a formal partnership beyond recruitment facilitation.
11. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a vacancy through NRSP, the company confirms that:
